This Privacy Policy describes how BoNiApps handles privacy and data when you use the Alias mobile application (“Alias”). By downloading, installing, or using Alias, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use Alias.
Personal Information: Alias does not collect, store, or transmit any information that can directly identify you (e.g., name, email address, phone number, or postal address).
Usage Data: We do not gather any diagnostic, analytics, or usage metrics about how you interact with Alias.
Location Data: Alias does not access or record your device’s GPS or other location services.
Contacts or Media: We do not request permission to access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or any other device resources.
Because Alias has no backend server or remote database integration, all data and settings used by the app remain strictly on your device. We never transmit or synchronize your data to any external servers or services.
No Remote Storage: Alias does not connect to any external servers, cloud services, or databases. There is no server-side component; everything is handled locally on your device.
Local Data Only: Any preferences or data you create within Alias remain stored on your device. Should you uninstall the app, that local data will be removed along with it.
User Control: Because nothing is uploaded or shared, you are in full control of your data. We have no access to view or recover any information stored in Alias.

Alias is designed for users of all ages. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child under 13 has provided personal information through Alias, please contact us (see “Contact” below) so we can promptly delete such information.
Since Alias does not collect or store any personal data remotely, there is no personal information for us to protect on a server. All data is stored locally; nonetheless, we follow industry best practices to ensure the app itself is secure and free from malicious code. You are responsible for securing your device (e.g., using a passcode, biometrics, or other security measures) so that local data remains private.
We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes become effective immediately upon posting in this section, with a new “Effective Date” indicated above. Your continued use of Alias after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
